20 Studios- Two queen-size or a king and a double beds, kitchenette, screened windows,  ceiling fans, and balcony with partial ocean and jungle views. 12 units have air conditioning. 

12 Studios Plus- King and double-size beds, or two queens, kitchenette, screened windows, and with balcony with direct ocean view. 6 units have air conditioning.

1 Penthouse- Two king-size beds, kitchenette, mini-bar and balcony. Panoramic views of the national park and the Pacific Ocean.
